Dr. Marquez named Executive Director of Center for Advances in Port Management

The Âé¶¹Ó³»­ Center for Advances in Port Management is pleased to welcome Dr. Alberto Marquez as the new Executive Director. With more than 25 years of experience in industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain optimization, and port infrastructure research, Dr. Marquez brings leadership and expertise to the Center for Advances in Port Management. His partnership with the Port of Beaumont and Port of Port Arthur, combined with his career in research and higher education, will bring innovation, collaboration, and workforce development in the maritime and port industries.
