Charge: The Honors Council shall advise the Provost on policies, procedures, courses, and curricula related to programs offered through the Reaud Honors College.
Membership & Reporting: The Dean of the Reaud Honors College shall chair the Council, which consists of two faculty members elected by the full-time faculty from each college with four representatives from the College of Arts and Sciences. Additionally, a representative from the Library, CID, the Director of Undergraduate Research, the Assistant Dean of the Reaud Honors College shall serve on the council. Faculty Senators and Deans conduct the elections for faculty members. The Council receives its charge from the Provost and its recommendations will be presented to the Provost for further consideration.
