HR Support Drop-In Session: NEOED Training for Faculty & Staff Hiring Process

Lamar Testing Center Location Update

The Lamar Testing Center has relocated to 4530 Jimmy Simmons Blvd., Beaumont 77705. All Prometric and Pearson VUE exams, along with TSI, CLEP, HESI, Metro Institute, and other testing services, are now administered at our new facility. More information can be found here.

Attention Faculty Members: Salary Spread Election

If you wish to have your salary distributed evenly over 12 months instead of the standard nine-month schedule, now is the time to submit your Salary Spread Election Form. Completed forms can be emailed to hr@lamar.edu no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 14.

If you have used your @lamar.edu email address to sign up for Google services, upcoming changes may affect your Google account. This does not affect your Lamar email or LEA accounts. Please see the linked FAQs for details and any required actions.

Deadline to submit: Friday, Aug. 14, 5 p.m.

The Âé¶¹Ó³»­ Foundation will accept completed and approved FY26 Request to Pay packages through 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 14. If you have any questions, please call the Foundation office at (409) 880-2117.

ORSPA Has a New Home

The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs Administration (ORSPA) has relocated. You can now find us on the second floor of the Dade Phelan Building (formerly the Center for Innovation, Commercialization and Entrepreneurship, or CICE). We look forward to assisting you from our new location!
